Better Than a Bloody Mary: Setting a Course for 2019 with Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

Begin to mindfully create the year you want at the New Year’s Day retreat.  Join us for a morning filled with yoga, discovery and reflection.  Retreat leader Mary Kluz will guide you through yoga practice and mindfulness activities which will help you draw a map of the path you would like to take in 2019.

Take time to recognize past victories and challenges, take stock of where you are now and set your sights on what can be.

Mary Kluz, MS, RYT-200, Certified Viniyoga Wellness Instructor

Mary Kluz is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance and is a certified 200 hour Viniyoga Wellness Instructor through the American Viniyoga Institute/River Flow Yoga Teacher Training School.

She is Associate Professor Emerita with the University of Wisconsin Extension.

Mary works in organizational health and leadership. She teaches weekly yoga classes at 5 Koshas Yoga & Wellness where she focuses on stress reduction and centering.
