There are many essential oils used for aromatherapy and in this monthly class,
we explore several oils and learn how they can be incorporated into your day-to-day life.
Through aromatic, topical, and internal applications, we experience how essential oils can enhance your yoga practice.
We will provide essential oils for your use during class. Use of each oil is by choice.
Topical application is done only with your permission.
