featuring waist hooping & off the body techniques to tap into your whimszy & unique dance style.
In this beginner workshop students will learn:
- Sequences incorporating fitness and flow concepts
- On and Off body moves
- Explore a variety of hoops
What to expect?
- A fun time while learning a healthy body movement & developing your own unique Hula Hooping style!
What to Bring?
- A water bottle
- Clean sneakers
What to wear?
- Dress to sweat – a tank top & shorts are recommended. Neither baggy nor slippery clothes (like some leggings) are advised
Hoops will be available to all to use and also available for sale for those interested in bringing the practice home!
