This 8-week course will build on the movements and concepts from previous classes, concentrating on refining technique and introducing more advanced movements, layering, challenging combinations, whole-body awareness, fitness and stamina. Bring zils (finger cymbals) to class.
*Must have prior belly dance experience to participate (or contact either Jay or Anna)
