Good digestion = better energy, health, mental clarity and comfort. Yoga postures, breathing, meditation, diet and Ayurvedic techniques can be helpful for digestion. Stimulate digestion when it is sluggish and slow. Specialized yoga therapeutic techniques can also soothe your gut when it’s inflamed or overstimulated by stress and anxiety.
Mary brings her combined experience as a dietitian-nutritionist and Yoga Therapist to give you accessible and sustainable techniques to use at home and with traveling.
This lecture and yoga practice workshop will get you started on techniques tailored for your needs. Short home practice handouts will be provided. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one from the studio. Wear comfortable clothes.
Continuing education hours available for yoga teachers.
Mary’s intention is to meet you where you are and to help you move and change from that starting point. Her workshops and retreats highlight yoga tools and practices that help you gain self-sufficiency and independence in your home practice.
