Wednesdays, June 19 – July 31, 2019 / 7:00 - 8:00 am

Celebrate summer by tapping into your full potential for stability, enthusiasm, self-esteem, love, expression, discernment, and inspiration – the qualities activated and continually renewed through cakra practice.  Learn how to re-balance and attune your energetic body when you feel off or face unique challenges.

This 7-week class series includes breath-centered postures, pranayama (breathing practices), chanting and meditation, each week focused on one of the 7 cakras – the energetic centers of the body.

We are all inspired warriors with the potential to attune our subtle body (the deeper dimensions of who we are) and bring forth our best qualities.
