Do you live with chronic pain? Does fatigue or brain fog keep you from functioning at your full capacity for daily activities, hobbies, family? Whether you live with these symptoms or care about someone who does and want to learn more, you are welcome to this three-week series. All abilities welcome.

Learn and practice short yoga practices to:

  • Support pain management
  • Reduce the stress response
  • Optimize daytime energy
  • Increase cognitive functioning

Yoga techniques that will be practiced:

  • Yoga movements / postures, adapted for your needs with a chair or a mat
  • Awareness of breath and the practice of breathing techniques
  • Integration of sound with music or words
  • Short meditations
  • Guided relaxation

FEE
Fee is $30 for the 3-week series
