Do you live with chronic pain or chronic stress? Do you feel physically, mentally and emotional anxious as you try to find balance to function at your full capacity for daily activities, hobbies, family? Whether you live with some or all of these observations or you care about someone who does, you are welcome to attend, learn and practice.

Learn and practice short yoga practices to:

  • Support pain management
  • Reduce the stress and anxiety
  • Increase mental focus & optimal energy
  • Cultivate perspectives that foster peace and calm

Yoga techniques that will be practiced:

  • Yoga movements (postures), adapted for your needs with a chair or mat
  • Awareness of breath and the practice of breathing techniques
  • Integration of sound through mantra
  • Meditation and Self Reflection
  • Guided relaxation

Feel supported during these 4-week class series, as you process the information, observe the effects of your practice and apply the techniques that are applicable for you or your loved one. You have the option of taking notes or journaling. Tea, water and a healthy snack will be provided as we gather to learn and develop therapeutic yoga practices that fit your needs for home, at work, travelling or within your daily activities.
