NIH Study on Viniyoga for Chronic Low Back Pain

Gary Kraftsow, founder of the American Viniyoga Institute and teacher/Yoga Therapist trainer of many of our teachers, developed the Viniyoga Therapy intervention for a National Institutes of Health study on low back pain. The study demonstrated that Viniyoga was as effective as an exercise-based program for chronic low back pain.
