What are past scholarship recipients saying about the Frontline Worker Scholarships?
“My first experience with 5 Koshas was the Mindfulness workshop with Mosaic, I really enjoyed what the class was. After that, I took a leap of faith and applied for the Frontline Workers Scholarship, I was in a rough place mentally and physically. I was beyond excited when I was accepted. Since then, I try to go at least once but preferably twice a week. Not only, does it give me time to decompress, but it provides a gentle means of exercise. I’ve had multiple surgeries on various places, and I can’t just push it at the gym anymore. I need to be aware of my limitations and 5 Koshas classes have taught me that it’s possible to align your mind, body, and spirit without risking any of those. Thank you, 5 Koshas!” – E.C.
