with Angel Gleason, RYT-200

“Hi there! My name is Angel. I’ve lived in the Wausau area my whole life minus living in St. Cloud, MN for 3 years and traveling down to Arizona and living in an RV in a year. Well, I came back June 2022 and I couldn’t be so proud to be able to live my yoga teacher journey since coming back home.

I’ve been practicing yoga since Nov. 2017, both online and in class. I can’t even explain how practicing yoga has helped me; spiritually, mentally and physically. I’m also just very excited to be able to be part of a community who has shaped and changed the lives of so many individuals for so many years and still continues to do so.

I hope everyone who comes into my classes comes out feeling rejuvenated and feeling like a breath of fresh air was taken. Just like what yoga has done for me, in every way possible, for many years. I’m very thrilled to be apart of 5 Koshas and the team. Thank you and see you in class.” – Angel
