Start your week with a steady exhale. This calming class helps you release tension, settle your nervous system, and come home to yourself. You’ll be guided through gentle, breath-led movement with time to pause, feel, and integrate. Expect a quiet, grounded pace with clear instructions, supportive options, and space to simply be. This is a weekly invitation to reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally — so you can meet the week ahead with more clarity and calm.

Stress Relief & Reset is a weekly space to unwind and come back to center. Through slow, intentional movement and guided breath practices, you’ll release tension and support your nervous system in finding balance. You’ll be invited to listen inward, move with care, and rest deeply. Every class offers adaptable options, making it accessible for all bodies and levels of experience. Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more connected to yourself.

What will you experience in each class?

You’ll experience a steady rhythm of movement and stillness, guided with warmth and care. Each class is crafted to support you in slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with your breath and body — even (and especially) if life feels full.

  • Each class begins with a breath-centered arrival, easing you into your body and out of the day’s demands.
  • We move through gentle sequences designed to support mobility and regulation, with time to integrate and reflect.
  • We close with guided rest — a moment to receive stillness, softness, and space.

Who should attend? 

This class is for anyone who holds a lot — at work, at home, in their head or heart — and needs a place to land. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be met with options and encouragement to move in a way that feels right for you.

What do I need for class?

Bring a yoga mat, any needed class props and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Please wear comfortable clothing that are easy to move in.
