How would it feel to release the tension you’ve been holding all week?

What if your voice was the key to unlocking your own healing?

If your stress had a sound, what would it sound like when it fades away?

Your voice is the most powerful healing instrument you carry… It’s the only sound source directly wired to the heart, breath, and nervous system—able to shift brainwave states, release emotional tension, and create real physiological coherence.

A vocal and vibrational experience involving:

  • Ancestral vocalizations layered into Himalayan singing bowls, gong, drum & other sound therapy instruments
  • Evocative, sensory-rich voice calls that connects you to breath, bone, memory, and nature
  • Vocal toning and non-religious chanting to create resonant, primal vibrations
  • Mantras of mindfulness, success and inner peace
  • Personally composed music that is intention-driven for each sound journey

How does sound, intention, and energy help in the process of healing and self-alignment?

  • Calm the Nervous System
  • Reduce Stress
  • Stimulate Cellular Healing
  • Enhance Awareness
  • Encourage Ease
  • Facilitate Self-Healing

What you will experience during this event?

A sound journey or sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you lie down and listen to soothing sounds designed to calm your nervous system. You can expect to feel profound physical relaxation, experience visual, mental, or emotional shifts, and feel rejuvenated afterwards. Please note, there is the option to modify your position to sitting against a wall or in a chair if needed.

Who should attend?

  • These sessions are suitable for almost anyone seeking stress reduction, deep relaxation, or improved mental well-being, especially those looking for an easy, passive meditation experience. They are particularly beneficial for people managing anxiety, chronic stress, or those finding traditional meditation challenging.
  • Additionally, we welcome families interested in attending this event as a deeply relaxing shared experience in honor of Mother’s Day. Please note, the minimum age range is between 8-10 years old to ensure our calm environment. Main areas of priority are that the younger children can maintain calm and be able to sit and/or lie still without large disruptive movement or noise for approximately the whole event time duration. Being mindful that the younger children are not frightened by loud sounds from the instruments such as the gongs or singing bowls.

Is this a music performance?

These sessions are not a performance—they’re a space held in peace, compassion, and intention so you can focus inwardly.

Do I have to be quiet during the sound bath?

The body system naturally quiets into relaxation. That being said, some sounds and frequencies may stimulate the system to process stagnant energy. As you meet it, it’s normal to want to hum or release a deep sigh in response to the moving energy. This is acceptable but please keep noises at controllable level.

Additional Help Information:

  • Prior: Wear comfortable, layered clothing and arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle. Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and any other props that help you feel comfortable.
  • After: Drink plenty of water and move slowly, as you may feel “spacey” or deeply relaxed
