What do you need?
Wear comfortable clothing easy to move in. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. Dancers are encouraged to dance bare foot or wear non-slip socks.
Who should attend?
This 2-hour session is designed for absolute beginners—no prior dance experience needed. All bodies and backgrounds welcome to join.
