I quickly noticed major shifts in my overall mental, physical and emotional health. The benefits that I experienced through yoga inspired me to take my yoga journey to a new level. I wanted to share the magic of yoga with others and decided to become a certified yoga instructor. I believe yoga is for every body and want to spread peace and happiness to all my students. Yoga is a gift for the mind, body and soul.

During my class, I will guide students through techniques that will help calm the mind, while strengthening the body. My classes are known to be a gentle, nurturing flow with an emphasis on the importance of breath and movement.”

New Weekly Hybrid Class: Peace, Love & Slow Flow Yoga 

Begins Tuesday, June 6th | 4:30-5:30 PM

What can you expect in class?

  • Enter into a nurturing healing practice where everyone is welcome
  • Integrate gentle movements with your breath to create a harmonious relationship between the two
  • Experience a peaceful practice incorporating simple postures to stimulate strength, flexibility and deep relaxation
  • Bring your mind, body, and soul into homeostasis
  • End class with a mindful savasana or final resting pose

My classes are known to be a gentle, nurturing flow with an emphasis on the importance of breath and movement.My intention is to provide a unique, positive experience for my students that will have them feeling empowered, rejuvenated and inspired. I take pride in helping people transform their mind, body, and soul in an upbeat and welcoming environment where we all encourage each other on our journey to self-realization. Yoga is a shared experience that allows us to be a part of something bigger, a community, where we uplift and support each other on and off the mat!
