“Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning.” –Gloria Steinem

Start the year with intention at the New Year’s Visioning retreat.  Join us for a morning filled with yoga, discovery and reflection.

Retreat leader Mary Kluz will guide you through yoga practice and mindfulness activities which will help you create a clearer vision of the year you would like to create in 2025.

Take time to recognize past victories and challenges, take stock of where you are now and set your sights on what can be.

From previous retreat participants:

“The retreat reinforces how resilient one is and the skills/attributes you have to create a rich life no matter where one is in their life stage.” -JT
“I left the retreat with more than I expected. All the activities of the morning were helpful in me being able to actually take ownership of my life. I was able to identify barriers to my happiness. Thanks Mary!”  -CM
“This is the BEST way to usher in a new year! This class is geared to help you reflect on how you are living your life compared to how you’d like to live it, intentionally.”  -KD

She is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level and an Associate Professor Emerita with the University of Wisconsin- Madison, Division of Extension.  Mary’s yoga classes at 5 Koshas Yoga & Wellness focus on stress reduction and centering.
