- Learn to approach active movement with greater confidence, adaptability, and ease
- Discover how everyday habits influence coordination, balance, and effort
- Explore guided methodology from the Alexander Technique and the Framework for Integration
- Begin with simple awareness and movement explorations that help you notice habitual patterns in standing, walking, breathing and active movement
- Move into guided activities and partner explorations that gradually build toward more dynamic movement applications while learning how to coordination emerges through adaptability rather than force
- Conclude with close reflection, questions, and practical ways to integrate the material into daily living
Who should attend?
Anyone interested in moving with greater awareness and efficiency – weather in yoga, sports, gardening, hiking, dance, music, meditation, or everyday life! No previous experience is necessary!

What you’ll need?
Please have a yoga mat, blanket or pillow, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
