Many of us move through life without pausing to acknowledge where we hold tension or what our bodies need to heal. We often ignore the signals our body sends until discomfort becomes unavoidable….
What if you took a moment to pause and ask yourself “Where am I holding tension, and what does my body need to heal?” We can become so caught up in our daily routines that we don’t realize how stress manifests physically until we experience tightness, pain, or exhaustion…
Give yourself the gift of self-healing, tension release, and restored balance. Take time to reconnect with your body through intentional breath and movement. Create space for healing to occur naturally and mindfully!
  • Discover strategies to release tension and promote healing through targeted breathwork and body awareness.
  • Enhance your personal wellness through yoga asana – movement, guided meditation, pranayama – breathing techniques, and body-focused healing practices.
  • Learn to identify where you hold tension and how to create openings for release.
  • Connect breath to specific body areas to unlock stored stress and emotion.
  • Cultivate practices you can return to whenever healing is needed.

What will you experience each week? 

This series is designed to be a progressive exploration, with each class building upon the last. Guiding you toward a deeper understanding of where you hold tension and how to create space for healing. Each week will focus on a specific body area, combining targeted breathwork with movement to release and restore.

Class Dates & Focus:

  • Week #1 Foundation – Breath Awareness & Body Scanning
  • Week #2 Hips & Lower Body – Releasing Stored Emotion & Grounding
  • Week #3 Heart & Shoulders – Opening & Softening
  • Week #4 Neck, Jaw & Head – Releasing Tension & Integration

Who should attend? 

This practice is meant for everyone – all levels are welcome to join. Anyone seeking to release tension, create space for healing, and develop a deeper connection with their body through yoga and breathwork. Please note, you will be practicing mat yoga and getting up and off the floor during these classes.

What will you need? 

Please have a chair, yoga mat, blanket or pillow, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Students are encouraged to have a journal and pen/pencil.
