In addition, ‘Walking dates’ along the Wisconsin River with classmates have been a refreshing way to move, breathe and share in conversation and connection.

When attending class In-Studio: please bring your mat, blanket, water bottle if needed, journal and pen.

When attending class Online via Zoom: You will receive the zoom link to enter and will be welcomed from your practice space at home.
