This form of yoga – Viniyoga – meets you where you are with postures that can be adapted to the individual and are sequenced for safety and efficiency.
What will I need for class?
- a yoga mat
- computer, smart-phone device, ipad, tablet and internet connection
- water bottle
- blanket for padding
- comfortable clothing
