Namaste Yogis! My name is Kaycee. From the moment I hit the mat during my first yoga class, I was hooked. I quickly noticed major shifts in my overall mental, physical and emotional health. The benefits that I experienced through yoga inspired me to take my yoga journey to a new level. I wanted to share the magic of yoga with others and decided to become a certified yoga instructor. I believe yoga is for every body and want to spread peace and happiness to all my students. Yoga is a gift for the mind, body and soul. During my class, I will guide students through techniques that will help calm the mind, while strengthening the body. My classes are known to be a gentle, nurturing flow with an emphasis on the importance of breath and movement.
Intention
My intention is to provide a unique, positive experience for my students that will have them feeling empowered, rejuvenated and inspired. I take pride in helping people transform their mind, body, and soul in an upbeat and welcoming environment where we all encourage each other on our journey to self-realization. Yoga is a shared experience that allows us to be a part of something bigger, a community, where we uplift and support each other on and off the mat!
Personal
I cherish time spent with my family and find much joy in exploring nature. I love crafting, gardening and telling jokes.
Favorite Yoga Pose
I have much love for all yoga poses, however, I would say my favorite pose by far is Cactus Arms (Sukhasana)! This asana is a great heart opener that helps to reset my mind and body, while providing a gentle stretch to my upper back and shoulders.
