We provide a space where teachers and practitioners meet you where you are and help you acquire the right tools for your needs.
We believe that Yoga or any mind-body practice should be adapted for you, not a one-practice-fits-all bodies approach.
We also believe that coming to yoga class or other services shouldn’t stress you out. You deserve a convenient location, lots of options, free and easy parking, and enough space to do your practice.
We are all dedicated yoga practitioners and teachers with a diversity of professional backgrounds that guide the availability of services at 5 Koshas.
