“After rediscovering yoga in my adult life, I realize it is much more than how far you can stretch or a fantastically advanced pose. It’s about the harmony between your body and mind. Yoga is for everyone, everybody, every age. I enjoy seeing what the practice of yoga will bring to each student when they step on to the mat, it always seems to show you what you are searching for. Through practice, I hope to facilitate an awareness from my students, an awareness of their breath, their muscles, and their thoughts. The connection between the breath and movement, and those small spaces between, are what I hope to leave with students.”
