Summer is here and we look forward to continuing to support and serve you with mind-body practices. 

First we want to take time to thank you for your continued support of 5 Koshas Yoga and Wellness. Your transition to online classes, your positive feedback, your support of each other and your continued interest in your self-care are all ways you are contributing to your family, the community and the global community’s health and sustainability for the short term and long term. 

Our number one priority is your safety and the safety of every student, customer, teacher trainee, employee and teacher as we anticipate the summer months and navigating the many layers of this pandemic,

‘Safe This Summer’ will be the foundation for 5 Koshas next steps in offering classes, workshops and retreat options to you. As we continue to consult with the local health department and monitor Covid-19 information each week, we are phasing in some options for in-person classes that will keep you safely connected to mind-body practices and your community of friends. 

THE PLAN: 

  • Continue offering 30+ online classes into summer and onward. We are in the process of developing more online workshops, retreats and music class options. 

  • Phase in some options for in-person classes that will keep you safely connected to mind-body practices and your community of friends.  

  • Private Yoga and Yoga Therapy One-On-One Sessions are available in the studio and online!

Safety Reminders for In-Person Classes and Privates:

  • Masks are required (available for sale if you forget yours)
  • Wash hands and use hand sanitizer upon entry into the studio
  • Keep 6 ft. distancing
  • Stay home if you had 2 or more of the following COVID 19 symptoms in the last 24 hours:

Fever
Chills
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pain
Shortness of breath
Headache
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
Vomiting
Diarrhea.

  • Take a break from the studio for 2 weeks if you have been:

caring for someone with COVID-19

exposed to someone who tested positive for coronavirus

traveling by commercial airlines.
