I was introduced to Yoga about 5 years ago, my muscles were demanding attention from my job. I found the benefits were both mental and physical. The breathing techniques allowed me to relax and offered clarity.
Learning the breath and movement association has made a substantial difference in my daily living.
I really enjoy working with people and helping them grow personally so they can get the most out of their yoga practice.
Intention
Self-discovery, assisting and leading to discovery of the benefits of yoga. Each person is an individual and therefore has different needs. I am interested in addressing the individual needs and helping you to get the most out of your practice.
Style
I would like students to feel confident and knowledge about their practice while exploring all the benefits the practice has to offer and apply it to daily living.
I have been a stylist for 27 years, I enjoy getting to know people, this carries over into my teaching. Applying yoga into your job and daily living. Learning simple breathing techniques to help you relax under stressful situations and stretches to release tension.
Personal
When I’m not running my business or teaching yoga, you would find me kayaking or paddle boarding in the Summer. In the Winter, I will be snowshoeing or reading.
I’m passionate about my work and networking with local businesses. Great customer service and happy employees are key. Growing and keeping small businesses in our area open and thriving.
