“I get excited about the newest research in brain and behavioral science.”
In my classes and workshops I like to combine a little bit of science with learning practical skills. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology and love to explore and apply what we know about how to use our attention, focus, thoughts, body movement, and breath to change our physiology, and mood.
