Good digestion = better energy, health, mental clarity, comfort and less irritability. Yoga practices calibrated and individualized for symptoms and conditions can stimulate digestion when it is sluggish and slow and soothe your gut when it’s inflamed or overstimulated by stress and anxiety.
Learn more about how to use yoga postures, breathing, sound, iRest® meditation, diet, lifestyle, modern science and Ayurveda (ancient medicine of India) for better digestion. This lecture, discussion and yoga practice webinar class series will get you started with accessible and sustainable techniques to use at home and with traveling.
