I find passion in helping people connect with their bodies, reflecting on their journey, and understanding themselves through a new light.
My Teaching Intentions:
My intention is to connect individuals into the present moment, and allow them to become immersed in their practice. Each class has specific intentions to cultivate a unique experience. Incorporating mind-body awareness is vital throughout each class. This connection allows students to reconnect with themselves, creating an atmosphere dedicated to self-care. Incorporating specific breathwork with each movement allows students to find their natural rhythm and allows them to focus on themselves. With each movement, I provide options allowing for an individualized experience for all. I invite all students to become present, enjoy movement, understand the power of breath, and evolve a healthy mind.
My Teaching Style:
My goal is for students to feel rejuvenated and reconnected with themselves, and have confidence in their potential.
